The Fast Fly Twin Zip Mini Pack takes the concept of the Fast Fly Mini Pack to a higher level of function and form. Worn with the optional strap set or harness, this is your dream light and fast chest pack for all day adventuring.

Features

The Fast Fly Twin Zip Mini Pack packs big features into a small package

Two zippered compartments sum to about 1.75 liters of capacity and securely hold up to two 4’’x6’’ fly boxes and your phone, with internal pockets for leaders and other accessories.
Webbing straps on the front and sides to stow hemostats and provide numerous attachment options for tools.
Magnetic loop fly patch allows for both magnetic and physical attachment of flies to keep them secure as they dry. It’s also strong enough to keep metal nippers or hemostats at-the-ready.
Reinforced webbing belt loops
Chest-carry loops support optional chest straps and harness
Package includes the pattern and instructions for both the Fast Fly Multi Strap Set and the Net Holster Pack Harness – the same harness included with the Truckee Chest Pack.
Assembled Dimensions: 7 x 5.5 x 3.5 inches (17.8 x 14 x 9 cm)

Recommended Materials

The main materials used in this build include:

200+ denier pack fabric such as EPX200, X-Pac VX21, or Cordura for the outer shell.
100+ denier ripstop nylon or similar for the liner.
1 inch (2.5cm) and 3/8” (1cm) poly or nylon webbing
1/2 inch (13mm) double-fold polyester bias tape
Size 5 YKK zipper tape and reverse sliders

These materials are readily available through online merchants like Ripstop by the Roll, Rockywoods Fabrics, and even Amazon and Ebay.
